Service Description
We require an initial pet sitting Meet and Greet for all new clients to ensure a seamless fit for your pet-care needs. This meeting allows us to get acquainted with you and your furry family members, enabling us to tailor our services to your unique requirements. It’s also the perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions and discuss your pet's specific needs, ensuring peace of mind while you’re away. This service is complimentary! Initial Meet and Greets run about 20-30 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
*To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours prior to the start of your booking date/time. *If you are a new client, payment is due in full before the start of any service (no exceptions). *If you are an established client, payment is due in full before the start of the service if the total is $600 or less. If the total is $601 or more, half is due before the start of the service, and the remainder is due within 24 hours of the end of the booking.
