The VanderPup Co. Pet Concierge Service is fully bonded and insured; however, our insurance and bonding do not eliminate all risks or guarantee coverage for every circumstance. By engaging our services, you agree to hold The VanderPup Co., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your pet’s care, except where prohibited by law or covered by our applicable insurance policy.

 

Intellectual Property & Name Usage

​All names, logos, trademarks, service marks, content, and materials displayed on this site and used in connection with our services are the exclusive property of The VanderPup Co. unless otherwise indicated. They are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The VanderPup Co. is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Lisa Vanderpump, her businesses, brands, likeness, or trademarks. Any similarity in name is coincidental and used solely to identify our independent pet concierge service operating in the State of Colorado. We provide in-home pet sitting, overnight care, dog walking, cat sitting, and equine/ranch care.

 

You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of our names, logos, branding elements, or content — in whole or in part — without our prior written consent. This includes any use that may cause confusion, imply a false association, or dilute the distinctiveness of our brand.

We reserve all rights to enforce our intellectual property protections to the fullest extent permitted by law, including pursuing legal action against unauthorized use, infringement, or misrepresentation of our name or services.

 The VanderPup Co. is an independent pet concierge and pet sitting service based in Parker, Colorado. We are NOT affiliated with or endorsed by Lisa Vanderpump, her trademarks or any of her business ventures.

 

Service Limitations​

Ranch Care Services involve inherent risks including unpredictable animal behavior and environmental hazards. Clients must ensure animals are properly contained and facilities are safe for staff access. We are not responsible for escaped animals, fence failures, or injuries from aggressive livestock behavior beyond our control.

 

In-Home Pet Sitting: We cannot guarantee prevention of behavioral issues, accidents, or medical emergencies. Pre-existing conditions, anxiety behaviors, or destructive activities are not our responsibility unless directly caused by our negligence. Emergency veterinary decisions will be made in consultation with you when possible.

Time allocations are estimates and may vary due to individual animal needs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Additional time for emergencies or difficult situations may result in charges at standard rates.

 

Force Majeure

The VanderPup Co. Pet Concierge Service shall not be liable for any failure or delay in services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government orders, public health emergencies, power outages, transportation disruptions, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or other events threatening public safety.

Response and Modifications

During force majeure events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients promptly and minimize service disruption when safely possible. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, modify, or prioritize essential care activities (feeding, medication, emergency needs) over routine tasks for safety reasons.

Limitation of Liability

The VanderPup Co. Pet Concierge Service shall not be responsible for damages, losses, or additional costs incurred due to service delays, modifications, or cancellations resulting from force majeure events. This provision remains in effect for the duration of the triggering event and a reasonable period thereafter to allow safe resumption of normal operations.

Key & Property Access

Client is responsible for providing safe and secure access to their property and pets. The VanderPup Co. Pet Concierge Service is not responsible for lockouts, lost keys, malfunctioning security systems, or access-related issues beyond our control. Any associated costs including locksmith services will be the client's responsibility.

We will make reasonable efforts to secure your property according to your instructions but cannot guarantee security against theft, vandalism, or criminal activity. We assume no liability for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or pet-caused damage unless directly resulting from our negligence. We reserve the right to discontinue services if property conditions pose safety risks.

Data Privacy & Confidentiality

The VanderPup Co. Pet Concierge Service collects and maintains personal information including contact details, pet information, home access codes, and veterinary records solely for providing our pet care services. This information is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties except when necessary for your pet's care or as required by law.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security of electronically transmitted or stored data. Pet photographs taken during service visits remain your property and will not be used for marketing without your written consent. We retain service records for business and legal purposes as required. All staff are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, home security, and personal details encountered during service provision. Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate disciplinary action.
