What is In-Home Pet Sitting?

In-Home pet sitting simply means your pet(s) stay within the comfort of your own home for the pet care services. This will eliminate any stress for them plus keeps them in their normal routine and environment. 

What is A Professional Pet Sitter?

A Professional Pet Sitter is someone who is Bonded, Insured and knowledgeable in their field. We are a fully Bonded & Insured Company with many years of experience caring for a wide array of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. 

We also have extensive rescue experience and strongly promote local rescues as well.

We send an update & picture with every service that is completed, so you know exactly how your pet is doing!

We are organized, reliable, and dependable, so you can rest assured that your pet(s) are getting the quality care they deserve.

We offer everything from Dog Walking to Overnight Stays! Please see our services section for more information. If you do not see a service listed, please contact us, we may still be able to assist you.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

We of course would appreciate as much advance notice as possible, however we understand things happen!

In the event that you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the policy is as follows:

*Less than 48 hours: We retain or collect 50% of the amount due for the services

*Less than 24 hours: We retain or collect 100% of the amount due for the services.

How Far in Advance, Do I Need To Book?

We always appreciate clients booking in advance, sooner the better. However, we can sometimes accommodate last minute requests, but there is no guarantee the spot will be available. 

Ideal booking notice for walking & Visitation services would be at least 48 hours.

However for Overnight Stays we prefer at least two weeks notice so we can make the proper arrangements.

Do You Provide Service For Holidays?

Yes! However we have limited availability on these dates, so please let us know in advance. We charge an additional fee of $8 per visit.
